About King Fish Market

King Fish Market is an asian grocery store in Long Beach, California. It is listed at 6175 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805, which places it among the local businesses of Long Beach that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Long Beach with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in California may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amโ€“8:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (562) 422-8384. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

With 3.8 out of 5 on Google from 369 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for asian grocery stores in Long Beach. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Long Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Love this place. It's been awhile since I last ate here and I kind of forgot about them. I was very pleased with the fish and shrimp I got.

I really enjoy my dinner at King Fish House. I wasnโ€™t sure when I got there. We made reservations and the hostess decided to place my husband and I on the bar side. With sports and games on. I donโ€™t know why she thought thatโ€™s was a good idea since we both was dress for dinner and not to watch a game on tv. I made reservations for a good dinner table. Maybe she didnโ€™t like the mix race situation. But I seated myself. With respect to her. It all turn out very nice. Our waitress and food was amazing. Will definitely go back. Bad attitude hostess is not a factor.

We recently ate here and my wife got food poisoning. We should have read the reviews before even going there. They are under new ownership and the food will get you sick. Several people have gotten food poisoning here I wish weโ€™d read the reviews. I didnโ€™t even eat my cat fish dinner after my wife started vomiting. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy vomiting and diarrhea for 8 hours. I reported this to the Los Angeles Health Department 7/19/24

I came to King Fish Market @ 11:15am Iโ€™ve been standing here for almost 20 mins with no one coming to the window taking my order, a man and a woman is back there doing something who knows and the man talking on the phone like he donโ€™t have a lobby of people waiting, not one of them came too tell us whatโ€™s going on if they not doing orders or not or whatโ€™s going on I hate to have even have them one star but you have to give one to leave a review the lack of customer service is crazy, idk maybe cause they in a lower class location they feel like they donโ€™t have to uphold customer service and white glove service to the community that keeps there doors open.
